Use the map to familiarise yourself with the rooms and key areas before the first workshops begin.

Some workshops will take place outdoors, so bring suitable footwear and layers for the weather.

When you arrive
Doors open at 08:30. Please arrive with enough time to check in, get your bearings and be ready for the group warm-up before the day begins.
Head to the Manor check-in point when you arrive (outer hall) and the team will get you signed in and point you in the right direction.
Please be here ahead of 09:00, the closer to 08:30 the better! Tea & Coffee is available on arrival.
There will be an introduction in the Great Hall at 09:00 which is mandatory for attendees.
Start & finish together
We will start each day together with a group warm-up to get everyone moving and ready for the workshops ahead.
There will also be a shared warm-up before the afternoon sessions and a group cool-down at the end of each day.
You NEED to partake in the warm-ups as individual classes will not be taking warm ups, to give you the most teaching time possible.
A little competition
We have organised some games across the weekend. We are keeping the details under wraps for now — you will find out more when you arrive.
One thing we will say though is...
Training kit
A wide range of specialist equipment will be available throughout the weekend for use during your workshops.
Equipment is there for supervised class use only. Please do not use, move or adjust equipment outside of a workshop unless a coach or member of the Movement Manor team asks you to.
We have everything you will need to complete the classes (apart from Sauna sessions).
However, if you had anything that you specifically like to use for your skill, you are welcome to bring it along.

Getting here
As you drive into Leigh Court, you will see the manor house on your right (it is hard to miss!), keep driving past it and you will see the large free carpark on the left.
We are here to help
First aiders will be on site throughout the weekend and the Movement Manor team will be on hand across both days.
If you are lost, unsure where you need to be, need first aid or simply have a question, speak to one of the team or a coach and we will help.
Please read
Please familiarise yourself with fire exits and follow instructions from the venue or Movement Manor team in the event of an emergency. This will be given on the day.
Do NOT use equipment outside of class time and do NOT remove or relocate any equipment unless instructed by a teacher.
Choose appropriate progressions, communicate with your coach and stop if something does not feel right. You do not need to attempt every progression.
Leigh Court is an 18th century mansion. This means that there are some parts of the building we need to take EXTRA care in. The Tapestry Room being the main room, the tapestries are incredibly delicate and must NOT be touched, under any circumstances. Please help us preserve this beautiful building & treat it with respect so we can continue to use it.
The venue
Movement Manor takes place at Leigh Court in Abbots Leigh, just outside Bristol.
